The Capital Improvement Program is submitted as a separate document to the Adopted Budget and contains detailed information, by project, regarding capital improvements to be funded in FY 2021/22. It also serves as a capital improvement spending plan for the subsequent four years.

All projects contained in the Capital Improvement Program for future fiscal years will not necessarily be funded as proposed; the City Council will consider all projects on a year-by-year basis in conjunction with annual budget adoption.

The projected development costs, operating costs, and sources of funding for projects proposed for implementation during FY 2021/22 to FY 2025/26 are based on workload and estimated inflation factors and provided here to assist the City Council in making informed budget decisions for FY 2021/22.
