Sergeant Stevin Fiedler

Sergeant Stevin FiedlerThe City of Duarte welcomes Sergeant Stevin Fiedler. He is a 25-year veteran of the Sheriff's Department and proud to call the San Gabriel Valley his home. He began his law enforcement career working for the Los Angeles County Probation Department as a group supervisor for the Central Juvenile Hall. This prepared him for his first assignment with the Sheriff's Department at Men's Central Jail.

Sergeant Fiedler worked patrolling the cities served by the East Los Angeles and Walnut/Diamond Bar stations. During this assignment, he responded to service calls, worked criminal investigations, and maintained visibility to help with crime prevention efforts. In 2017, he was promoted to Sergeant and has been supervising Deputies in the field at Temple Station in the Cities of Rosemead, South El Monte, Temple City, San Gabriel and Duarte, and unincorporated areas of Monrovia, Arcadia, Duarte, and Pasadena. In this role, he is also the station's Watch Sergeant and Watch Commander.

He has also served as the Sergeant liaison at the City of Rosemead Sub Station giving him first-hand knowledge of what it is like serving a contract city. In Rosemead, he was involved in citywide events, Neighborhood Watch, and conducted their yearly Toy Drive. Sergeant Fiedler attended Cuesta College and Mt. San Antonio College and studied Sociology and Psychology. He is a family man, and in his spare time he works out, coaches soccer, and collects Star Wars memorabilia. The City of Duarte is fortunate to have Sergeant Fiedler as our dedicated Sergeant. He brings community partnership, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as community policing tactics that will keep Duarte Deputies motivated.

Message from the Sergeant

Welcome to the Duarte Satellite Station web page. This facility, located at 1042 Huntington Drive, was open in 1995 to better serve the citizens of Duarte, Bradbury and the Monrovia County area. We provide law enforcement services and participate in numerous outreach programs in order to make a positive influence in our communities. Our goal is to meet the many needs of our very diverse community. Please feel free to contact us for information on any subject. Community Policing is a partnership between the citizens of our community and all of us who provide public safety services. In order for us to be successful, we need your support and cooperation.

A safe community is one in which neighbors look out for each other and people are willing to assist law enforcement. I encourage you to call us when you have a question or concern, and become involved.
