Duarte Drummers

This innovative workout class is designed to get your hearts racing, have your work on your mobility and rhythm, all while having fun and getting your boogie on! All equipment will be provided. Preregistration is required.

Have fun learning Rumba and Bachata with Chris Chu, who has taught group classes at Star Studio and private lessons at Lailai studio.
*Line Dance
Thursdays | 12 - 1 PM
This exciting class will teach you basic line dancing steps for: Western Cowboy or Country, Swing, and more. Enjoy line dancing, improve coordination, and enhance memory at the same time.
Low Impact Aerobics
Wednesday and Friday | 9 - 9:45 AM | $2/week

Enjoy a combination of low impact, cardio and strength training movements to help get your body moving and heart pumping. The instructor's high energy is sure to motivate you to keep coming back for more!
Pickleball

*Slow Flow Yoga
This class consists of “Hatha” yoga postures; poses and stretches to promote fitness. We will do Pranayama, breathing techniques, Acu-Yoga, healing with your own touch, and relaxation for mental and physical health. For those of you who think you need to be young, thin, fit, and flexible for yoga ... think again. Come join us in this class for “everyday people.’’ A mix of breathing techniques, stretching, body exercises, and meditation will be used in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Table Tennis & Billiard Room
The Senior Center has 2 ping pong tables and a billiard table open during hours of operation, 9 AM - 2 PM.
*Tai Qi/Qi Gong
Strengthen and balance the body while calming the mind. Qi is said to come from the air we breathe and the foods we eat, so participants will be introduced to the concept of Food-BasedHealing and efficient breathing. With regular practice increase energy, immunity and metabolic function.
