The City of Duarte invites you to attend a Park Renaming and Dedication Ceremony in memory of former Mayor and City Councilmember Tzeitel Paras-Caracci on Wednesday, November 1 starting at 11 AM at Royal Oaks Park Extension (2701 Royal Oaks Drive).

Being a public servant for over 21 years, Paras-Caracci was heavily driven by her love for Duarte and was an integral part of various City accomplishments and successes.
