Celebrate the City of Duarte's 66th Anniversary with the Parks and Recreation Department! 

This year's picnic will be held at Encanto Park, and feature Family Style Band, which are sure to get you on your feet for a funky good time as they cover music spanning from the 70's to the 2000's.

Kids, get ready to get drenched at the Splash Zone! Bring your swimsuits, towels, and water shoes to enjoy all of the water activities. This family-friendly event will also have plenty of delicious food for sale, a beer garden, free rides and games, inflatable attractions, boutique vendor booths, a classic and custom car show, and more!
